Raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia, John’s comedy is marked by his cheeky stage persona, clever antics, and absurd stories. His love for comedy started at an early age reading comic strips like The Far Side, and Calvin and Hobbes, and was heavily influenced over the years by the variety of media he consumes online. As a technologist, John’s comedy offers an uncommon, but playful perspective on modern topics, and often incorporates themes and ideas relating technology to our everyday lives.
Since moving to Chicago in 2016, John has performed all over the Midwest and Chicago, and regularly features at Zanies, Laugh Factory, and iO Theater. John is a performing member of the improv group Parmesan, a graduate iO’s improv program, and a producer of Hidden Comedy.
